Information security is integral to J. Logistics’ operations. We are committed to protecting our own and our customers’ business processes and information assets through implementing an effective Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with the International Standard for Information Security, ISO/IEC 27001.

Our ISMS intends to ensure:

• • Confidentiality of all information assets through preserving authorized restrictions on information access and disclosure;
  • Integrity of all business processes and information assets through protection from unauthorized modification or destruction; and
  • Availability of all business processes and information assets to authorized users when needed, with timely and reliable access to and use of information.

We believe that an effective ISMS can only be achieved with everyone’s participation, and its successful implementation means:

• • Compliance with legislative, regulatory and other applicable contractual obligations related to information security including industry and customer requirements;
  • Provision of information security training for all employees;
  • Provision of necessary resources for the effective implementation and continual improvement of the ISMS and our information security performance; and
  • Availability of supporting policies and procedures in a wide variety of information security-related areas to support this policy.

This overarching Information Security Management Policy and its supporting policies will be reviewed, and if necessary revised, annually to ensure continuing suitability, adequacy, effectiveness and alignment with the strategic direction of the Company.

The policy will be communicated and made available to the appropriate audience, both within and external to the Company to ensure its consistent implementation. We welcome interested parties’ comments on the policy and its enforcement.
