JLOG achieves ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management
J LOGISTICS PTE LTD (JLOG) recently became one of the first in Singapore’s warehouse and logistics industry to be accredited with the new ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Standard – three years ahead of the migration deadline.
Despite the new standard only being announced in March of this year, with a three-year deadline for companies to comply, JLOG has achieved the accreditation in a record five months.
The new globally recognised achievement, which replaces OHAS 18001:2007, will help operations stay ahead of the competition and provide assurance to its clients and staff of its full commitment to safe, healthy and sustainable work and continuous improvement of OHAS performance and operational systems.
Thomas Low, MD said: “This is a fantastic achievement. Our work with some of the world renowned customers, as well as ongoing investment, improvement and achievement in management, quality and health and safety standards is a true reflection of our teams continued commitment and hard work.”
JLOG now holds the following accolades: ISO9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and bizSAFE Star certification.
